Creating a Bend Commerce Platform, empowering numerous customers to achieve online sales successfully through a seamless and user-friendly experience.
Bend commerce was developed from scratch around 2010 presented a unique challenge as the e-commerce landscape was still in its early stages. Consequently, creativity and extensive research, involving customers and small business partners, played a crucial role in starting from scratch and ensuring the success of the platform. The goal was to provide a robust digital sales solution that empowered small companies to thrive in the online marketplace, ultimately delivering a reliable and effective platform for their digital sales needs.
Bend Commerce garnered significant adoption among customers, enabling them to successfully sell their products throughout Brazil. The learning curve associated with using our platform was remarkably smooth, with customers able to operate with confidence and achieve success within a span of two weeks to one month. This quick onboarding process contributed to the overall satisfaction and efficiency of our users, further solidifying the platform's positive impact in facilitating their business operations.
Low fidelity wireframes were essential for usability testing and served as a starting point to customise the design according to the customer's brand.
After creating an account and making a purchase, customers gain access to a dedicated panel that allows them to efficiently manage their purchases and seek assistance from the support team.



On the business side, the company receives and processes the orders, gaining access to comprehensive data about their customers and sales. This information empowers the business to make informed decisions and optimise their operations for better customer satisfaction and increased sales.


Based on the low fidelity screen structure, we undertake custom design processes for each customer, tailoring the visual aesthetics and functionality to align with their unique brand and specific requirements. This approach ensures that the final design reflects the individual identity of each customer, while meeting their specific needs and preferences.
